Being full of energy, sleeping well, and having no digestive problems. Being at your ideal body weight, feeling light and looking great. And of course, feeling confident and proud.
What often gets in the way of these beautiful goals is first of all, a few habits and a few beliefs that are not serving us; also, not having an effective system; missing a few crucial pieces of information; and sometimes, being on our own while tackling something this big.
I’ve been there, and it can be really tough. I remember having low energy levels, struggling with weight, feeling heavy and sleepy after meals, having bad skin, and suffering from acid reflux. But that was a long time ago!
I’ve been studying food and its effects on the human body and mind for the last 20 years. Everything I teach, I’ve experimented on myself for many years first, and now, with all my experience, and as a certified nutritionist, I’m absolutely thrilled to share my findings with you.

My approach to health and nutrition is natural and holistic. The human body and mind work together and influence each other greatly. And in order for us to be in good health and happy, they both need to be nourished properly.
The coaching I offer is a 100% personalised. It’s called:
“Nourish Your Body And Soul”
and it’s a three-month programme with a one-hour long, one-on-one video meeting every week.
And every day, from Monday to Friday, you get to ask me one question via any messenger app, that I’ll answer the same day.
In those 12 weeks we’ll cover everything you need to understand about food, tailored to your goals, your taste, your personality, your lifestyle. We’ll gradually replace the habits that are not serving you, with new and more constructive ones.
You’ll learn how to work around the day-to-day stress that makes it so easy to just grab some junk food on the run. We’ll find and even create new recipes for you, things that you can integrate in your daily routine. If you like to shop and cook, you’ll be able to add a special new twist to it, and if you don’t like it, my guess is, you will love it by the end of our time together!
If you’re willing to give the programme your best shot, the programme will reward you with its best results. It takes a certain commitment, and the will to change and learn. But isn’t that true for anything we want to achieve in life, if we think it’s worth it?
You can experience a deep transformation in the way your body looks and feels, and start living a really sustainable, healthy lifestyle. You’ll get all the tools you need for everlasting success, but you have to be prepared to use them! Tools locked up in a box won’t get the job done! You’ll learn how to leave behind all the guilt and anxiety around food, and forget about scales and frustrating diets. You’ll have the tools to boost your self-confidence, your energy levels, your mood, and your ability to help others.
If you immerse yourself in it fully, your new lifestyle will become second nature to you, and food will become the ace up your sleeve for great health, great looks, great energy, and ultimately, happiness. Because that’s what it’s all about, at the end of the day. All we ever want is to be happy.
And all these things do make us happy, if we achieve them, because of a few shifts that take place in our body chemistry, and a few shifts that take place in our psyche.
In those 12 weeks, together we’ll create the ideal lifestyle for you. We’ll tweak your eating habits to perfection, we’ll detox your body and lay the foundations of your future health.
We’ll work on both the food for the body, and the food for the soul. Exactly as we can poison ourselves with the wrong foods, we can poison ourselves with the wrong thoughts and beliefs. But then there are thoughts and beliefs that act like vitamins and sunlight for both the body and the mind. And when the body and the mind are healthy and balanced, the soul gets to shine through.
In the food-for-the-soul part, we’ll practise some mental exercises to improve concentration, we’ll apply a few mindfulness techniques, as well as different kinds of meditations, all tailored to your particular needs and goals. We’ll have a look at useful and harmful thought patterns and beliefs, we’ll talk about brain waves and how we can tune into their different frequencies, we’ll talk about visualisations and goal setting, both on a small, day-to-day scale, and within a long-term vision.
We’ll talk about some of the rules that we live by, both the ones that are imposed upon us by society, and the ones that we create for ourselves. We’ll talk about energy, and how we can raise it and stop wasting it, we’ll talk about resilience, and growth, and we’ll have a very close look at fear. We’ll talk about emotions, and what they are teaching us about ourselves.
This programme is not for everyone. It demands real commitment. It’s all about learning, expanding your physical perception and your consciousness, changing habits, developing new skills, growing, observing, questioning, and practicing self-love by investing time and work and money in yourself. What you will get in return can be life-changing, but as I said before, you are the one who will have to make the change. I’ll be there for you all the way, but it will have to be your work – and your success.
This programme has the potential to make you look and feel amazing in your body, develop your self-awareness, and teach you how to ignore the chatter of your “monkey mind”, so you can listen to the voice of your soul. Listening to the voice of the soul means seeing our path ahead with more clarity, expanding our empathy and compassion, and finding our unique way of contributing to humanity.
